Available payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your destination are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by country, currency, device and the payment services enabled on the store. We do not ask customers to send card details by email or telephone.

Currency and order total

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront. Before payment, checkout shows the merchandise subtotal, applicable shipping charge, taxes collected by the store and the final amount to be authorised. A customer’s card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fee.

Payment processing and security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Full card details are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not stored in our theme or customer-service records. Payment may be declined when the provider cannot verify the transaction or authorisation.

Duplicate or failed payments

If checkout reports a failed payment, confirm the billing details and contact the card issuer or payment provider before trying again. A pending authorisation is not always a completed charge and may be released automatically by the provider. For a suspected duplicate completed charge, email service@pebblemora.com with the order number and the date and amount of each charge. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, the bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears. Return eligibility and the applicable 5–10 business-day refund issue period are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
