These Terms of Service govern use of pebblemora.com and purchases from pebblemora, operated by Guangzhou Hongjian Trading Co., Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility and account information

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting account credentials.

Product information

We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions and colours accurately. Screen settings and lighting conditions may affect colour appearance. Minor variations in texture or finish may occur where stated on the product page. Images are illustrative of the listed design; the written product details and confirmed order identify what is included.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping and duties are shown or described at checkout where available. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount confirmed at checkout. We do not use a struck-through price unless it reflects a genuine prior or reference price permitted by law.

Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may verify payment and availability before accepting it. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, subject to applicable law. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and return the amount paid to the original payment method.

Availability and corrections

We do not intentionally publish fabricated inventory. If a genuine inventory discrepancy, pricing error or material description error affects an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We may limit quantities where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorised resale.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates, shipping charges and loss procedures are set out in the Shipping Policy. Cancellation may be requested within 12 hours and is available if fulfilment has not begun. Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use the site to violate another party’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or legal rights.

Intellectual property

The pebblemora name, site design, original product imagery, text and other store content are owned by or licensed to Guangzhou Hongjian Trading Co., Ltd. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. No other licence is granted without written permission.

Third-party services

The store relies on services supplied by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or rights under mandatory consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss unrelated to our breach. Any limitation is applied only to the extent lawful and does not shift responsibility for verified loss or damage that the law places on us.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use of the site. The current version and update date will remain posted. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Guangzhou, China, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence grants non-waivable rights or permits another forum. Please contact us first so we can attempt a practical resolution.
